C4C 2025 returns to the beautiful and iconic Adelaide Hills.
The four days of riding will cover approximately 450km with 5000m of elevation. Basing ourselves in North Adelaide we will have great access to some of the legendary climbs featured in the Tour Down Under including: Norton Summit, Mt Lofty, Gorge Rd, Montacute, The Corkscrew and the famed Willunga Hill. We’ll also visit the beautiful McLaren Vale wine region and the bustling town of Hahndorf with its European feel.
Our 2025 tour is one not to be missed. The great news is that by participating in this event you will be empowering @Southern Cross Kids Camps to deliver hope to kids who had an unfair start to life.

Riders will have the option of doing either the full “Espresso” OR the shorter “Latte” course. For the “Latte” tour we have taken the best parts of the full course and cut out some distance along with 967m of climbing allowing you to support SCKC, be challenged and deliver hope to kids from hard places. Stages are as follows…
- Stage 1: 125km / 1570m
- Stage 2 Latte: 125km / 1570m
Stage 2 Espresso: 121km / 1707m - Stage 3 Latte: 91km / 1569m
Stage 3 Espresso: 125km / 2229m - Stage 4: 78km / 1368m

Rider
A cyclist capable of riding the full duration of the ‘Cycle 4 Change’ event, taking into consideration the route distance and elevation.
A deposit* of $250 is required to secure your entry and then each rider is required to fundraise a minimum of $2,500 and be fit for this challenging event.

Dinners, travel & flights (if required) are at the riders own expense on top of the minimum fundraising amount.

Support Crew
An enthusiastic and capable person who participates for the full duration of the event, supporting the riders on the road and assisting with logistics, but does not actually ride.
Roles may include drivers, navigators, catering support, baristas, logistics support, photographers, medical, digital support etc. Accommodation, transfers, breakfast and lunch are covered. A support person is expected to pay for dinners, travel and flights.
Support members have don’t have a minimum fundraising amount however are expected to promote the event and fundraise for SCKC with a fundraising goal of $500.
